Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Portal Pilates website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Portal Pilates offers infrared mat pilates and sculpt classes at our studio located at 247 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33130. Classes, pricing, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. Account Registration You may be required to create an account to book classes and purchase packages. Full first and last name required when creating your profile. Duplicate accounts are subject to reservation cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations be made 12 or more hours before class to keep your credit and avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $20 fee and, for drop-ins or class packs, a deducted class. No exceptions.

5. Waitlist If you sign up for the waitlist, please plan as if you are attending. Waitlists update automatically until one hour before class. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

6. Payments & Refunds We do not accept cash. Credit card and Apple Pay only. All sales are final. There are no refunds on classes, memberships, events, or retail products. Memberships auto-renew monthly on the date of purchase and require 30 days notice to cancel. Class packs are non-transferable. Memberships are non-transferable but class packs may be shared with others.

7. Infrared Heat & Health Advisory Our studio is powered by infrared technology and stays between 95 and 97°F. You participate at your own risk. We recommend hydrating well before class and adding electrolytes. Please inform instructors of any injuries or health conditions before class.

8. Age Requirements You must be 18 years or older to participate in classes at Portal Pilates.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver By participating in classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical exercise in a heated environment. Portal Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.

10. Personal Belongings Portal Pilates is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Unclaimed belongings will be held for 24 hours. Call or text to extend the hold up to one week. After that, remaining items will be responsibly discarded.

11. Content & Filming During class, filming is permitted only from the back row, with a phone only (no tripods or cameras), and only if no one else is in the frame. This policy is subject to change if not respected.

12. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Portal Pilates and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
