Studio Policies | Important information for your visit

Studio Location & Parking We're located at 247 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL. Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the studio. If the lot is full, street parking and the Brickell City Centre garage are both nearby.

Age Requirements You must be 18 or older to practice at Portal Pilates.

Arrival Time Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class to get checked in and settled. Arrival later than 5 minutes after class start time will result in denial of entry. No exceptions.

What to Bring Mat and towel rental available for $5.50. Mats cannot be rented without a towel. Water is available for purchase in studio. No shoes allowed in the studio room. Grip socks are optional.

Payment Methods We do not accept cash. Credit card and Apple Pay only.

Class Capacity Our studio accommodates up to 22 clients per class. We keep capacity intentionally limited to ensure personal space, individualized attention, and an elevated experience for everyone.

Infrared Heat Our studio stays between 95 and 97°F powered by infrared technology. Hydrate well before class, add electrolytes, and come ready to sweat.

Lockers & Storage Keypad lockers are available for your use. Set your own code and store your belongings securely before class.

Personal Belongings Portal Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unclaimed belongings are held for 24 hours. Call or text us to extend the hold up to one week. After that, remaining items will be responsibly discarded.

Memberships & Class Packs Memberships are non-transferable. Class packs can be shared with others. All sales are final. No refunds on classes, memberships, events, or retail products.

Membership Details Unlimited Monthly Membership is $195, recurring on date of purchase. Memberships auto-renew each month. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy Please cancel 12 or more hours before class to keep your credit and avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows result in a $20 fee and, for drop-ins or class packs, a deducted class. No exceptions.

Waitlist If you join the waitlist, please plan as if you are attending. Waitlists update automatically until one hour before class. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Content & Filming During class, filming is permitted only from the back row, with a phone only (no tripods or cameras), and ensuring no one else is in the frame. Please keep the focus on movement and being present. This policy is subject to change if not respected.

First Time ClassPass Users A valid photo ID is required at check-in for all first-time ClassPass users. Full first and last name bookings only. Duplicate accounts are subject to reservation cancellation and/or refusal of entry.
