Liz Meathe
As founder of Portal, movement has always been a constant in Liz’s life. It’s made her feel strong, clear-headed, and connected both to herself and to others. That feeling is what inspired the vision behind the studio; a studio thats energizing, challenging, and community-driven. Her classes are known for their creative programming and progressive sequencing that keeps movement exciting, challenging, and always evolving.

Brooke Esposito

Raised in a fitness-driven family in Connecticut, making movement a non-negotiable from an early age. After 4 years of practicing Pilates, she knew she wanted to step into teaching. Certified in Mat Pilates, Sculpt, and Nutrition & Healthy Living, she brings a holistic and intentional approach to every class and to her role as Director of Events and Partnerships at Portal Pilates. Her sessions are energizing, a little spicy, and designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and proud of what your body can do, both on and off the mat.
Rose Darling
Originally from Los Angeles, Rose blends her Human Biology background with kinesiology, dance, and comprehensive Pilates training. Certified in reformer, mat, and chair, she brings a thoughtful, athletic edge to her sculpt classes. Expect form focused cues, breath driven flow, and challenging sequences that make the hour fly. She loves connecting after class and sharing Miami recs.

Lorena Hernandez
Lorena is a certified Pilates and Sculpt instructor with over two years of practice. Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, she brings a balanced approach that blends strength, control, and intention. Her classes focus on sculpting and strengthening the body through mindful, form-focused movement.
Estefania LungaVite
As a former Division I collegiate athlete, Melissa developed a deep appreciation for fitness, balance, and commitment through years of athletic training. She brings those same qualities into her classes, combining strength with intentional movement to challenge both the body and mind. Her goal is to create an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and proud of what their bodies can do.
Liany Blum
Liany has been a passionate fitness professional for over seven years. Born and raised in Miami, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness Studies, along with certifications in Personal Training, Strength Coaching, and Pilates. With a background in boxing, Liany loves to help clients push their limits while moving with intention and control.
Daniela Machuca
Mia Martini
Originally from the DR and now based in Miami, Daniela brings rhythm and intention to every class. She works in the music industry, so music and movement naturally go hand in hand. Her teaching style emphasizes strong core work, controlled flow, and playlists that keep the energy high from start to finish.
Originally from New Jersey, Mia turned to Pilates after her lacrosse career, seeking movement that felt both grounding and energizing. What began as a personal reset grew into a deep mind body connection. Her classes blend controlled movement with an uplifting flow, focused on strengthening, lengthening, and aligning the body.
Sabrina Pacioccoi
Passionate about mindful movement and grounded energy, Sabrina brings over two years of Pilates practice and eight months of teaching experience to the mat. Originally from Venezuela, she guides every class with calm intensity. Expect deep pulses, controlled sequences, and a feel-good burn that radiates from the inside out.

Originally from Chicago, Mia found Pilates after an injury led her toward low-impact movement — and it quickly became her passion. Now a South Florida sunshine devotee, she brings a vibrant, uplifting energy to every class, blending strength, rhythm, and joy to create a flow that feels both empowering and effortless.
Alyssa Vasquez
Originally from Connecticut, Alyssa brings a unique blend of movement, mindfullness, and energy into every class she teaches. With 7 years of nursing experience, a background in dance, and about 3 years of teaching group fitness (1 year in Lagree Fitness, 1.5 years in mat Pilates) she is passionate about helping clients move with purpose and confidence. Her classes combine fun, intentional movement with an uplifting atmosphere designed to leave clients feeling longer, stronger, and ready to take on their day.

With certifications spanning Pilates, yoga, meditation, and energy work, Yuli’s approach emphasizes control, alignment, and inner connection — helping students sculpt their mind, not just their body.
