Each of our classes move through dynamic, layered sequences with an emphasis on flow to maximize muscle engagement, build physical strength and challenge mental endurance. All classes are 50 mins long & heated by infrared technology.
FLOW & GLOW | FULL BODY PILATES
Our signature Hot Pilates blends low-impact, high-intensity movement with infrared heat to create a full-body burn without the impact. Longer holds and layered sequences build strength & control, while enhancing mind-muscle connection through breath.

Our lower-body focused sculpt uses moderate added weight and resistance props to challenge the glutes and legs through strength-based, layered sequences with minimal rest. Designed to facilitate deep muscular fatigue, amplified by infrared heat.

Designed for clients who have progressed beyond the intermediate level, this class requires a strong foundation in heated sculpt. Having taken 50+ consistent classes is suggested.
